Pick up from the store
Orders placed online can be picked up in person from the Woolver Showroom. Selected items are ready and can be picked up from the store as soon as the order status becomes “Completed”.
* All orders for which the pick-up is made from the store must be paid online.
Payment
Payment can be made by card or cash on delivery. At the end of the order you have the option to choose the payment method from the order form.

Payment is made securely in 3D Secure by mobilpay, cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard.

Cash on delivery
When taking over the package from the courier agent, the value of the ordered products is paid, including the shipping fees, the amount being exactly the one that is confirmed after placing the order on the website or by phone.
