Care
Although merino wool needs to be washed less often due to its dirt-repellent properties, here are some recommendations for maintaining your clothes:
- Wash at 30 degrees. Whether you wash manually or use the automatic laundry program, the water must be low temperature.
- Use a special detergent for wool. Merino wool fibers are composed of lanolin, which acts as a protective barrier and gives wool the properties of regulating body temperature. Over time, regular detergent can remove this protective layer.
- To avoid deforming merino wool clothes, do not squeeze them after washing. Our recommendation is to let them dry on a large surface and remove excess water by tapping with a dry towel.
