Although boiled wool should be washed less often due to its dirt-repellent properties, here are some recommendations for maintaining your clothes:

• Washing at a constant low temperature. Wool fibers, although resistant, are extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuations. Ideally, maintain a constant temperature of 30 degrees for both washing and rinsing.
• Do not wash woolen clothes by rubbing. This can cause the material to flake off.
• Use a special detergent for wool. Merino wool fibers are composed of lanolin, which acts as a protective barrier and gives wool the properties of regulating body temperature. Over time, regular detergent can remove this protective layer.
• To avoid deformation of merino wool clothes, do not squeeze them after washing. Our recommendation is to let them dry on a large surface and remove excess water by tapping with a dry towel.
